This handy desktop application delivers daily reminders with simple exercises you can do right at your desk. These exercises are not difficult, but be sure you are fit for exercise..
Just download the application and choose the reminder times and alert sound you prefer. Click the button below to download this desktop application.
- Click on the link provided. A dialog box will appear asking you to Open, Save or Cancel the file download. Decide where you want to save it on your computer.
- Double click on the file to start the Installation Wizard and follow the instructions.
- After the installation is complete you will see a little clock and Washington University on the desktop of your computer. You can double click the desktop icon to execute the application.
Want to update your preferences?
After you have downloaded the application it will always sit in the bottom right hand corner of your computer in the task bar. You can click on the little clock icon to open the reminder and change your settings. Be sure to click Save Preferences.
Note: This application does require the .NET Framework version 2.0. If your computer doesn't already have this installed you will be prompted to install the free framework from the web. An internet connection will be required to do this.
